Tahilla Gatherings

First, thank you, Jeanne, for your warm hospitality. You were so generous to share your home with us both inside and out. I loved seeing your garden, discovering new plants, gathering in the red barn, learning about flat lays and portrait photography, walking through the meadow, and sharing thoughts at the end of the day. Everything felt like 'framing the unspoken.' You treated us as special guests, and the deliciously fresh farm-to-table picnic meticulously prepared by Carolyn was amazing!

I can’t thank you enough for creating such a wonderful creative space to gather. I left inspired and with new friends. Tahilla Farm is a special place that fosters deep connection. I can’t wait for the next!

I think we all loved every second spent at Tahilla. Your warm hospitality, welcoming home and laid-back style made everyone feel at home.

Jeanne, your home, the quintessential New England backdrop, your hospitality, and the amazing women in attendance all added up to a memorable and inspirational weekend. Thank you.

I cannot describe how poignant this past weekend was on so many levels. Jeanne, your gracious leadership, hospitality, attention to detail was profound. The setting with Tahilla Gatherings is special. As a participant and guest, I felt both comfortable, welcome and pampered. The food was delicious, and lovingly selected, and the “Farm” was a delight to all the six senses (I’m including spirit). You successfully created an environment for deep thought, relaxation, and for change to take place in each participant. Well done! 

Your workshop yesterday was serendipitous and motivating. You and Sharon are uniquely talented, not only in your personal creative pursuits but also in your ability to create an atmosphere of support and sharing. And, what a wonderful group of adventurous, talented, open-minded women. I wish you all the best and will think of you all today foraging, creating, collaborating, and undoubtedly, laughing.

I immediately sensed that I’d arrived somewhere special…beholding that gorgeous mountain, the field, the studio barn, the stone walls, your home. Thank you so much for opening your home and for being a gracious and generous host.

Your home and property are absolutely beautiful—they bring such a sense of peace, something we all need so deeply right now. Being there felt like a breath of fresh air.

It was such a joy to meet new people, spark new friendships, and feel surrounded by so much creativity and warmth. The art, the styling, the talent—everyone brought something special to the table. And speaking of tables... the meal was fantastic. Every detail felt so thoughtful and full of heart.

The photo retreat was truly beautiful,  an experience that exceeded every expectation.

The connections I made were incredibly enriching, and the entire atmosphere was just as I had imagined: filled with light, meaningful stories, and an abundance of beauty.

A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful participants; to our amazing teachers who generously shared their tips and secrets for capturing beautiful photos and mastering flat lay compositions.

It was a brilliant day in every way.   My new friends have eloquently captured the essence of its magic.   Let me just say amen.
